  • Firewall
    • get tech-support
  • NSM:
    1. Problem with HA server: tech-support.sh ha
    2. Problem with GUI server: tech-support.sh db
    3. Problem with Device Server: tech-support.sh dev
  • DX
    • Run the command “tsdump”.
  • IDP
    • Run the comand “tech-support”. This generates a files with .bz2 extensions in /tmp directory
  • UAC
    • Take a screen shot of the status page.
  • NS-Remote
    • A copy of the SPD file as can be exported in the File menu.
  • WX
    • Gather the diagnostic file in the WebUI under “Admin Menu > Tools > Diagnostic Files”.
